An opportunity has become available at our Burton-upon-Trent Office for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to provide secretarial support and other related services to fee earners within the Conveyancing Department.

The role will involve audio typing, filing, preparing quotations of fees, dealing with Land Registry applications, taking accurate telephone messages, handling enquiries, diary management and taking initial instructions.

Excellent audio typing skills are essential, preferably to RSA III standard, or equivalent, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office technology.
