An opportunity has become available in the Conveyancing Department at the Swadlincote office for an Administrator to provide support and other related services within the department.
The role will involve typing, filing, preparing quotations, opening files, conducting ID checks (Thirdfort), taking accurate telephone messages, handling enquiries, updating mortgage portals (LMS, Lender Exchange) and scanning in all incoming documents in preparation for becoming a paperless office.
A personable, enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication skills is essential. Conveyancing knowledge would be preferable.
