What I do
I joined Smith Partnership in 1992 after relocating to Derby from Portsmouth. Since then, I have progressed and developed through the firm to now heading up the HR department. My role is to work with all Partners and staff, in order to formulate and implement policies and procedures in all aspects of people management, including selection, recruitment, development and retention of the right staff to service the needs of the business for present and future requirements. I work alongside the CEO and am supported with the assistance of my HR Officer.

Key interests
I enjoy travelling, baking, going to the gym, walking and spending time with my family, particularly my two grandsons who keep me very active and young at heart.
