The mediator’s role is to remain neutral, facilitate constructive discussion, and help both parties explore options for agreement. They do not offer legal advice or take sides.

The cost of mediation depends on the complexity of the issues and the number of sessions needed. During your MIAM, we will provide clear details of the cost, so that you can make an informed decision.

Costs may be shared or agreed between the parties. In some cases, legal aid can cover the cost of mediation.
