Teams worked well across offices, and all interviewed felt they could ring anyone in any office for help and advice. Learning and development continues to work very well. The firm has long grown its people, many people have lengthy service with the firm, and all interviewed spoke of the quality and development of the work they undertake and the continued encouragement to develop further.
