Our 200 staff are employed across our East Midlands offices, with the most at our Derby head office. Teams worked well across offices, and all interviewed felt they could ring anyone in any office for help and advice. The firm was described as being ‘big but still personal’, with some of the more recently recruited people commenting that this general friendliness and helpfulness was a great way to work and helped them settle in really quickly.

Learning and development continues to work very well. The firm has long grown its people, many people have lengthy service with the firm, and all interviewed spoke of the quality and development of the work they undertake and the continued encouragement to develop further. Induction training was thought to be excellent, with plenty of in person training, helping new people feel welcomed and settled in.
