Agencies

Smith Partnership are committed to recruiting candidates directly where possible and we have an internal HR team to support with this.

In some instances, we acknowledge that we will need further support to recruit, and we therefore operate a preferred supplier list (PSL) for such instances. Our PSL is made up of a select group of recruitment agencies that have been specifically selected to work in partnership with us to ensure a seamless recruitment process that supports the recruitment needs of the firm.

Smith Partnership ask that recruitment agencies do not send speculatively submit CVs unless explicitly asked to do so by a member of the HR team.

Any CVs sent to us on a speculative basis will not be recognised and we will not accept liability for any fee or commission should we subsequently employ a candidate who applied to us directly or was introduced by another agency, that may also have been submitted speculatively by an uninstructed agency.

We will not be responsible for fees in relation to CVs or profiles submitted directly to our partners or other employees.

In the event that an agency's correspondence or terms includes a disclaimer indicating otherwise, our policy above will prevail.

Applications and CVs submitted by agencies that are not on our PSL will not be accepted. If you wish to be considered for our PSL, please contact our Head of HR.
