Helen guided us through every stage, if we weren't sure, Helen explained it in simple terms. Many thanks to everyone involved.

This is the third ocassion we have needed to use legal services over the past 6 months, every department has been excellent, professional but more importantly there is an understanding that people access legal services at, usually, very difficult times in their lives so the care and compassion we have been shown has been second to none. Thank you.
