Due to the growth of our residential conveyancing team two opportunities have arisen for a conveyancer to join our team in Burton and another for our Swadlincote office.

Role overview:
We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our busy Residential Conveyancing team who will be experienced in a broad range of freehold and leasehold matters.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 3 years PQE
- Confident in managing a busy mixed caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases with minimal supervision
- Have exceptional client care skills
- A can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism.
