As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive HR / Recruitment Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team.

Ideally based at our Derby office but will consider other offices. 

Role overview: 

This is an exciting opportunity for you to develop your career in HR / recruitment by joining one of the leading law firms in the Midlands within the HR team. 

This role provides an opportunity to develop and grow as an individual but also has a pivotal role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This is a varied role where you'll support end-to-end recruitment processes for legal and business services roles and support other areas of HR activity. You will also play a role in supporting the Firm’s aims for growth and People Strategy. Helping to ensure that we attract and retain individuals who align to our vision.

What we are looking for:

  • Have experience of HR and/or recruitment ideally within legal/professional services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and applicant tracking systems. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
