An opportunity has arisen at our Derby office, for an Paralegal to join our Debt Recovery team.

Our Debt recovery team are trusted by organisations of all sizes and across all sectors, and have extensive experience in successfully recovering debts. 

Role overview: 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our Debt Recovery team. The successful candidate will support in handling a variety of debt recovery matters. You should be motivated to ensure the best recovery outcomes for clients, whilst maintaining high professional standards and compliance throughout.

What we are looking for:

• A degree in Law or a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• An understanding of debt recovery processes and Civil Procedure Rules.
• Knowledge of legal technology and case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A High level of integrity and discretion with confidential information.
