We are a growing law firm based in the heart of the Midlands, renowned for our comprehensive legal services and exceptional client care. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Stoke office for a Solicitor to join our Child Care team.

The successful candidate will be joining a team of individuals with years of experience of helping families overcome various legal issues. The successful candidate will be a dedicated Child Care Solicitor working closely with the family law team to provide holistic advice to support the entire family, offering expertise across the whole range of public law childcare matters, from the most complex to the least.

Role overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Solicitor. This role is ideal for a proactive individual looking to advance their career in the legal field within a friendly and reputable firm. 

Key requirements: 

  • A minimum of 2 years PQE
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proven fee earning and case management skills. 
  • Good typing and computer skills are essential.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to always demonstrate empathy and professionalism.
  • A commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
