Our reputable Midlands-based law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor to join our dynamic and growing Family Law team. You’ll be involved in a variety of family and matrimonial matters, providing vital support to clients navigating challenging life situations. This is the perfect opportunity to build your experience, develop your legal career, and contribute to a team-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Advise clients on a range of family law matters, including divorce, child arrangements, financial settlements, and more.
- Draft key legal documents, including divorce petitions and consent orders.
- Represent clients at court hearings for matters such as child arrangements and financial settlements.
- Collaborate closely with our team of experienced family law solicitors to manage a busy caseload.
- Participate in business development efforts, contributing to the growth of the department.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified solicitor with a strong foundation in family law (0-5 years PQE).
- A proactive and empathetic individual who can manage client relationships with sensitivity and professionalism.
- Experience in handling family law cases with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting clients through complex legal challenges.
- Ability to work effectively within a team, contributing to the smooth running of the department.
