What I do
I deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing transactions. I have worked in this area since 1996 and passed my ILEX membership exams in 2006.
Case Study
I have recently completed a purchase of an ex PRC Airey property which had the necessary remedial works but still had multiple additional complications. The client was a cash purchaser and I made sure that she had sufficient information to make her decision to proceed with regard to future resale issues (personally I wouldn’t have bought it but it was her choice!)

I like proper organisation and am a bit of a grammar nut but I make up for this by regularly supplying treats to boost morale!
Key interests
I love hiking up a big hill and the odd fast bike ride. I have 2 children and a cat called Tilly. I enjoy cooking and baking.
