What I do

I am a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Wills, Probate applications, the administration of estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Deputyship applications.

I have experience of preparing Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney and making applications to the Court of Protection for the appointment of a Deputy for persons lacking mental capacity to manage their affairs.   My work mainly consists of non-taxable estates, although I do have some experience of dealing with larger taxable estates.

Through Solicitors for the Elderly I have experience of working with older clients.   I am a good listener and very patient when clients are considering important decisions about their future.

I qualified as a Fellow of the institute of Legal Executives in 2003.   I became a member of Solicitors for the Elderly in 2009 and have also undertaken Dementia Friends training in March 2017.   In 2019 I was admitted as a CILEx Probate Practitioner.

I am friendly and approachable with a supportive attitude.

I enjoy spending time with my family, husband and two children.    I enjoy socialising with friends, walking and Pergamano.

It has been a long, drawn-out process, but I do thank you for the work you have done and your courtesy throughout.

Client, Wills and Probate

Thanks to you as you were so kind and considerate when I was getting into such a state.
