Chose them initially after a recommendation, but especially when their quote came through, as it was explicit and easy to understand. Really pleased with the service we received from Jordan and his team. We chose them from one of a handful of solicitors recommended by our estate agent and used the service for both the sale and onward purchase. They were excellent throughout, with regular email updates, quick responses to any queries we went back with and phone calls if something needed talking through in more detail. Our sale matter became somewhat complicated (due to issues with our sellers) but Jordan was in constant communication with us to keep us abreast of the ever-evolving situation and discuss options etc. right up to the point of completion. Costs were reasonable, we couldn't fault the service at all, and we'd definitely use them again :)
