Martina Singh
Paralegal
What I do
As a Paralegal I am helping the fee earners on their day-to-day tasks through any transaction, from Exchange of Contracts to Post-Completion. My job title includes reviewing and drafting legal documents and make sure to keep our clients updated. Thanks to teamwork and to everyone’s support, we want to make sure every case goes smoothly until the transaction is registered on the Land Registry. This is my first time as a Paralegal, but I am already learning so much! In conveyancing, you never stop learning as every transaction is quite different to another.
In the meantime, I am also doing the LPC at Nottingham Trent University. I hopefully can specialise in Residential or Commercial Property one day.”
What I bring to the team
Positivity! I always tend to be positive even when things get difficult, I try to be as much helpful as I can especially when teamwork is needed. I am a very happy and sociable person so my colleagues can always count on me if they need a friend or someone to talk to. I take quite seriously my job as I would like to become a solicitor soon!

Key interests
As an Italian, I love to eat (especially pasta and pizza or a nice aperitivo). But most of all, I love travelling. When I am free, I like to visit new places, and countries and learn about new cultures. I am also very into fashion; I always have a Vogue magazine in my bag and dream to have a closet like Carrie Bradshaw.
