What I do
I act as a first point of contact for Conveyancing and Family Clients, ensuring they are guided and supported throughout the onboarding stage with the firm. This role involves issuing quotes, managing the onboarding stage, carrying out ID and conflict checks, to allow a smooth experience for the clients.
