What I do

I am an Associate Solicitor working within the Residential Property Team, based at our Stoke branch where I head up the Conveyancing work for the office.

Having worked within the residential property sector for over 10 years, I have extensive experience acting for clients across Staffordshire, Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, and Cheshire. Since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2018, I have built strong local knowledge and a practical understanding of the property market, so as to assist a wide range of clients with their residential property transactions

I advise on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, such as: -

  • Freehold and Leasehold sales and purchases
  • First-time buyer transactions
  • Remortgages and transfers of equity
  • New Build property purchases
  • Help to Buy transactions
  • Right to Buy purchases
  • Auction property transactions
  • Voluntary Frist Registrations
  • Buy to Let transactions

To name just a few!

Case Study

I recently acted for a buyer purchasing a new build property with a related sale, forming part of a lengthy property chain.

Due to the time pressures involved with the chain, the client was feeling, understandably, anxious and somewhat overwhelmed.  I took the time to explain each stage clearly, remaining approachable and accessible to all throughout the transaction. I ensured I was available to answer questions promptly and provide regular updates to client and connected parties during the transaction.

When unexpected delays arose due to enquiries and management company information, I worked proactively with all parties involved to resolve matters as quickly as possible, whilst keeping the client informed throughout.

The transaction completed successfully, allowing the client to move into their home on schedule and with peace of mind.

I pride myself on delivering excellent customer service to clients and connected parties, taking a friendly, approachable, and empathetic approach throughout the conveyancing process.

I understand that the conveyancing process can be a stressful and significant time for many clients, and I tailor my advice to each individual so as to provide clear guidance, reassurance, and support at every stage of the journey.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, walking the National Trust properties with my partner and dog, and baking in the kitchen when I get a chance.
