What I do
I joined Smith Partnership in 2016 as a Paralegal in the Company & Commercial department before becoming a member of CILEx Law School.
I work on a variety of both commercial and corporate matters including asset acquisitions & disposals, share acquisitions & disposals, company incorporations, company restructures, Shareholders' Agreements, partnerships, employee share schemes, Reconstitution of Statutory Registers, commercial contracts and e-commerce.
What I bring to the team
Willingness to take on any task, positive attitude, team player.
Key interests
Away from work I enjoy taking my two dogs for walks in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside. I also enjoy hosting BBQs, hitting the gym and am partial to a game of netball with friends and colleagues.
