What I do
I am a Solicitor specialising in Contentious Trusts & Probate at Smith Partnership. I deal with claims including disputes regarding the interpretation or validity of a Will, Trust disputes, claims made under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, disputes relating to the way in which a person’s estate is to be distributed and administered, amongst other areas of Contentious Trusts.
I work alongside Victoria Townsend, and I qualified as a Solicitor in November 2024.

Key interests
I love travelling back to Yorkshire to spend time with my family. I also love watching and playing sports, and socialising with friends.
