I used Smiths for the sale and purchase of my new home, and throughout the process they were very proactive, supportive and rapid with all communication. No questions I asked were ever dismissed, I was kept updated throughout the process via phone and email. Sarah, Jackie and Stella were the main three that I communicated with and I would go back and use them again 100%. Sarah was extremely thorough throughout and found errors with my new purchase which other solicitors had previously missed and she sorted it to prevent any issues further down the line.
