What I do
Based in Derby, I have over 14 years’ experience as a commercial property solicitor. I advise PLCs, large and small limited companies, partnerships and individuals on a wide range of commercial property transactions.
My experience includes advising clients on a variety of commercial property transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, granting and taking of leases, various landlord and tenant matters, development work and the property side of corporate transactions.

Key interests
When not at the office, I love to keep fit and attend my local gym. I also love to go for walks in Derbyshire.
