Very professional. Always kept me up to date with even what seemed like the smallest information. When my actual solicitor the other couple of ladies that stepped in to manage my case for a couple of weeks were just as amazing as my solicitor. No request was to small they always made sure things were running smoothly. My solicitor is an absolute diamond and never once judged me even in my emotional state when all she heard over the phone was mumbles amongst the tears/sobs. She was always open and honest with me in terms of any outcome. She helped to be my voice when I couldn't hold back my tears to get out what I wanted to say but due to her intense listening skills during the sobs she already had it all down my stance on the matter in hand.
