Role overview:

We’re looking for an Internal Recruiter to join us. You will be joining our expanding HR team that plays a huge part in the growth of the business.

The main purpose of this role is to support the development and delivery of a high-quality recruitment service, across the Firm from early careers to senior posts. This enables us to attract and retain high calibre talent to support growth plans.

  • Delivering a full end-to-end recruitment and onboarding service across the firm, working closely with the Head of HR, HR team, and hiring managers.
  • Leading and managing job campaigns, including attraction strategies, advertising, pre-screening, selection processes, and candidate communications.
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines and talent pools, supporting workforce planning and talent mapping with recruiting managers.
  • Managing agency relationships within the preferred supplier list and oversee fair, robust, and inclusive recruitment processes.
  • Coordinating induction and onboarding activity, including training arrangements and collaboration with HR, Learning & Development, IT, and wider stakeholders.
  • Supporting employer branding initiatives, recruitment marketing, social media campaigns, and attendance at recruitment fairs and early careers events.
  • Maintaining accurate recruitment records, monitor key recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to the Head of HR, and respond to queries in a timely manner.

Key requirements: 

  • Experience of working in a recruitment role either in-house or external
  • Demonstrable experience of recruitment and selection procedures
  • Experience sourcing candidates from a variety of methods
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns for roles at different levels
  • Experience creating and maintaining talent pools and talent pipelines
  • Knowledge of recruitment solutions and best practice
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Strong ICT skills
