Hat-trick of pre-Christmas promotions at Smith Partnership
We're finishing a great year on a high with three significant promotions within the Firm.
Anna McLeod has been made Partner after excelling in the area of complex Clinical Negligence claims as an Associate Solicitor.
Anna has experience in all types of clinical negligence work, including A+E claims, surgery claims, GP claims and dental negligence.
Meanwhile, Danielle Upton has been promoted from Commercial Property Solicitor to Associate Solicitor.
Danielle advises clients on a full range of property transactions including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals as well as secured lending and has particular expertise in complex commercial landlord and tenant matters.
Her clients include a national bespoke eyewear brand, a national digital brand, a marketing and communications agency and a number of local and national charities.
There's also good news for Liam Kreibich who moves up from Solicitor to Associate Solicitor.
Liam is part of the Dispute Resolution department and specialises in landlord and tenant matters. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of housing law.
Managing Partner, Kevin McGrath, said: “It’s very exciting to see the talent that the firm nurtures coming through.
Anna, Danielle and Liam are experts in their respective fields and have shown the high levels of client care and commitment for which Smith Partnership is known.”
"They have all richly deserved their promotions and we are looking forward to their next chapters with us."
