Celebrating six long service achievements

Six Smith Partnership employees have achieved significant long service milestones, with a combined total of 175 years with the firm. 

Amongst these are Rachel Bromham and Sharon Dowley who have both been working in our Crime department for 35 years. They have both witnessed great change and growth since they joined in 1989, two years after the firm was established.

Rachel talks about her time with the firm, “After being with the firm so many years I could not imagine working anywhere else! Everyone is so supportive, and I have met some amazing people in my years here. I feel incredibly grateful for all the opportunities I have been offered and to be in a job that I love.”

Sharon talks about what the long service award means to her, “It is a privilege to reach this achievement. Being celebrated in this way is a great acknowledgment of all the hard work I have put in over the years and acts as a reminder of all of the milestones I have reached, and how much I have developed."

Also reaching a long service milestone is Kevin Thompson, Police Station Accredited Legal Clerk, and Angela Pickering, Legal Secretary in our Family team, who have both been with the firm for 30 years. 

Achieving 25 years of service is Hannah Beswick, Caseplan Developer, who works in our IT department. Finally, Emma Hennessy, Associate in our Family team and Branch Manager of our Swadlincote office, has also reached 25 years working at Smith Partnership. 

The firm is incredibly grateful for the dedication of these six, and all of the hard work that they have put in over the years.

Our staff are at the core of everything we do at Smith Partnership, so having so many staff members reaching this level of service is something we are very proud of.”
