Investing in rising talent as promotions are made across the board
Smith Partnership has underlined its investment in talented staff with a host of promotions. Six Lawyers working in a range of departments are taking the next step in their careers.
Key among them is the promotion of Adele Woods, working in the Family department and has made the step up to Partner.
Adele has worked in Family Law since qualifying as a Solicitor in 2009. Her work includes dealing with complex and challenging disputes relating to divorce, children, forced marriage and domestic abuse.
She said: “It’s really exciting to have been promoted to Partner. It’s a reflection that the firm appreciate my contribution to the Partnership.
“I have worked at Smith Partnership since 2005 and much has changed in that time, both in the way we approach Family Law and, in the firm which has been transformed from a High Street law practice to one of the leading firms in the East Midlands.”
Also taking the next step in their careers are Ruth Ball, who heads up our Business and Personal Insolvency department and has been promoted to Senior Associate, alongside Gemma Gallimore, who works in the Company and Commercial team.
Three Solicitors have also been promoted to Associates, including Amelia Harrison, who also works in the Family law team, and Justine Dexter, who works in Smith Partnership’s Crime department.
